Courier Shipping

Orders are shipped via courier and are usually delivered within 2–3 business days for orders within Greece, and within 2–7 business days for international orders.

If a product is not immediately available, you will be notified via email with the estimated shipping time.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary in cases of force majeure or delays by the courier company, especially during periods of high demand (e.g., holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout, before final confirmation of your order.

The charge depends on factors such as:

  • the weight and dimensions of the products

  • the delivery address

  • possible delivery to remote areas

  • the shipping method selected

The final shipping cost is displayed during checkout before confirmation, so you always have a clear overview of expenses prior to payment.

In some cases, free shipping promotions may apply and will be displayed automatically during checkout. Specifically, for orders over €300 within Greece, shipping is free. 

Remote Areas

Some locations are classified by courier companies as remote areas and may incur additional charges.

In such cases, you will be informed before the order is shipped about any extra costs.

Pickup & Order Inspection

Upon receipt of your order, please check the external condition of the packaging.

In case of visible damage during transit, notify the courier immediately and contact us.

If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.

In-Store Pickup

You can pick up your order without shipping costs from our store:

Pickup is available after confirmation that your order is ready.

Shipping via Freight/Shipping Agency

There is also the option to ship via a freight or shipping agency.

You may specify the agency of your choice. If possible, we will ship through it; alternatively, we can suggest a reliable partner agency.

Shipping costs via the agency are borne by the customer and are usually paid directly to the agency upon delivery.

Information for Musical Instruments

String instruments may require minor adjustments after shipping due to changes in temperature and humidity.
